An offer can be ready in as little as 24 hours. A closing can happen in as little as 7 days when the title is clear and the date suits you. Those are fast cases, not a promise that every house can move that quickly.
Where we buy
We buy in many markets across the United States, including Texas and Ohio. We do not buy in Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee.
