HouseBought provides homeowners with the opportunity to receive a no-obligation cash offer for their property. Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation on the part of HouseBought to purchase your property, nor does it obligate you to sell.
Any offer made is subject to:

- Clear and marketable title
