When it takes longer
Seven days is the fast case. Title, a payoff, probate, or a tenant’s notice can add time. We will say so before you plan a move.
What usually adds time
A cloudy title, a mortgage payoff, an estate that is still in probate, a code case, or a tenant who has a right to notice. None of those stop you from asking for an offer.
What we need from you
- A way to reach you, and permission to call or text.
- The truth about condition, liens, and who is on the deed, as far as you know it.
- A photo ID at closing. The closing agent will say if anything else is required in that county.
